BLUEBERRY HILLS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Dear Guests and Visitors,
Welcome to the neighborhood! We hope you have a great visit. Our association has a few rules that we follow and wanted to share with you.

1. A beach pass is required if you visit the association’s private beach on Blueberry Pond. You must have it with you to show you are a guest or visitor of an association member.
2. Please lock the entrance gate both after you arrive and when you leave the private beach at Blueberry Pond. The combination is available from the member property owner. Please don’t share the combination with others.
3. The beach is for all members of the association and their guests. Please be respectful and show courtesy to others when in the water and at the beach. Please keep beach items (towels, etc.) off the picnic table so it can be used for sitting and eating.
4. Our neighborhood follows the town of Brewster’s noise ordinance. Any audible noise (outside or indoors including music) must stop by 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of others.
5. For the safety of all, please follow the 20mph speed limit in our neighborhood.
