Welcome to Capehost.ai! As a property owner, you'll have access to our property management system (PMS) via Uplisting. This guide will walk you through how to log in and use key features such as checking bookings and blocking dates.
Step 1. Log in from Capehost.ai
- Go to capehost.ai.
- Click the Login button in the top-right corner of the website.
This will take you to Uplisting, our PMS platform.
Step 2. Accept Your Invitation
- Check your email inbox for a message from Uplisting titled: "Andrei has invited you to work together on Uplisting."
- Click the [Click here to create your free account] button.
Step 3. Create Your Account
You will be redirected to Uplisting’s sign-up page.
- Fill in your Full Name, Email, and Password (minimum 8 characters).
- You can use any email, but we recommend using the one the invite was sent to.
- Click Create Account.
Step 4. View the Calendar and Bookings
Once logged in:
- You’ll land on the Calendar view.
- You’ll see a list of your properties and their upcoming bookings.
- Each reservation includes the guest’s name, platform (e.g. Airbnb), and date range.
You can click any booking to view:
- Guest name
- Dates
- Payouts
- Booking source (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
Step 5. Mark Dates as Unavailable
To block off dates (e.g., if you're visiting the property):
- On the calendar, click and drag to select the start and end date.
- A right-hand dialog will appear.
- Confirm the Unavailable date range.
- Optionally add a reason like "Visiting the property."
- Click Mark unavailable.
These dates will no longer be bookable by guests.
